It is with great excitement that we can officially announce that Isabella Andueza, better known as Bella from the Procurement team, has been promoted to the role of Projects Coordinator, officially commencing on Monday 11^th November.

As a new role in the business, Bella was identified as the ideal appointment following her successful execution of the Procurement Officer role where she became highly regarded for her quality customer service and commitment to supporting facilities on a day to day basis. It is well acknowledged that a role such as Procurement Officer is a challenging one, where you are constantly tasked with walking the fine line between enabling centres whilst staying on the strategic path and the complex working environment this creates. Bella’s commitment and style allowed her to gain great momentum in the role, having come to the corporate team as one of our young and enthusiastic operations employees, originally working at Yarra Recreation Centre.

Planning and preparation of Bella’s new role is well underway with her joining the Marketing and Strategy team and reporting to James Ellender, General Manager Marketing and Strategy. Upon commencement Bella will continue to collaborate across departments and operations to develop, implement and coordinate a framework to Project Management and enable specialists to apply the framework to plan, communicate, deliver, review and handover projects moving into 2020.

Whilst more information will follow in time as Bella settles into the role, we wanted to ensure you all had the chance to congratulate Bella on her promotion. This is a great example of the benefit Bayswater has in having such a vibrant and energetic team out in operations who can then develop a career pathway into our corporate services. Congratulations Bella!

Finally, we can also confirm that following an extensive recruitment process, Anush Barnabas has accepted the role of Procurement Officer and will commence on Monday 11^th November with Kenth and the team. We look forward to introducing you to Anush Barnabas shortly.
