1. You said days one and three were the best for you. Why?

I enjoyed meeting and interacting with fellow managers, learning about Belgravia Leisure’s heritage and the company update. I thought the presentations were most relevant for my role as a centre manager.

2. As a new manager, what were the key takeaways from the conference?

The conference was very informative, well organised and fun.

3. What learnings will you be sharing with your team?

I’ll be sharing more on the guest experience and “Feedback That Doesn’t Suck!” presentations.

4. What was your favourite part of the conference and why?

The Feedback That Doesn’t Suck! presentation was very relevant to my role as a centre manager.

The awards night has motivated my team and I to perform well and be nominated for the next annual awards dinner.
