Simply the Best Summer is our summer campaign encouraging all Belgravia Leisure team members to provide Simply the BEST summer for our members and guests.
Since the campaign launched on the 7th of December 2020, we have seen our teams go above and beyond to ensure our guests have incredible experiences when making us their summer destination.
So far there has been over 3000 ‘$20 for 21 day Summer Passes’ sold across our venues.
Guest Experience Manager, Tim Hutchinson says “it’s been great to see our teams embrace our Simply the Best Summer campaign providing an exceptional guest experience. We encourage all venues to ensure we are leaders in guest experience, especially over the summer season and especially with the different restrictions in place due to COVID-19.”
Tim encourages our teams to, “please ensure your communicating with our guests via your venues website and social media platforms as well as ensuring your Google My Business is up to date.”
“In addition, it would be great to see some simply the best magic moments. What can we do for our guests to surprise and delight them? Host a free BBQ, offer free Zooper Dupers or a giveaway?” Tim concluded.
