Simply the Best Summer is our summer campaign, and as the name suggests, this campaign is encouraging all Belgravia Leisure team members to provide simply the BEST summer for members and guests.
Since the campaign started on the 7th of December 2020, we have seen venues go above and beyond to ensure our guests have incredible experiences when visiting our venues as their summer destination.
Guest Experience Manager, Tim Hutchinson says “it’s been great to see our venues embrace the Simply the Best Summer campaign providing an exceptional guest experience. We encourage all venues to ensure we are leaders in guest experience but especially over the summer season and especially with the different restrictions due to COVID.”
Tim encourages our teams to, “please ensure your communicating with guests via your venues website and social media platforms as well as ensuring your Google My Business is up to date.”
“In addition, it would be great to see some simply the best magic moments! What can we do for our guests to surprise and delight them? Host a free BBQ, offer free Zooper Dupers or other giveaways? Get creative!” Tim concluded.
