Welcome to David Florance, our new Centre Manager at WaterMarc Banyule in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

David was previously an Area Manager overseeing Belgravia Leisure’s Yarra Ranges contract of seven facilities, with his aquatic staff winning awards from Life Saving Victoria and AUSTSWIM during this time. He has over 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, including time as a Club Manager at Genesis Ringwood.

Once a Membership Manager at WaterMarc back in 2014, David credits his leaders who supported him through is career progression in the past three years.

“I had strong leaders who have exposed me to great opportunities,” David said.

“I am looking forward to working with the WaterMarc team once again and support their professional development too, while we work together to align our work with Banyule City Council’s health and wellbeing objectives.”
