Today is World Mental Health Day. It is a day when people worldwide come together to raise awareness about mental health and unite efforts to ensure that mental health care is accessible to everyone, regardless of who they are or where they come from.
We are proud to support this year’s theme, ‘Mental health is a universal human right,’ which resonates deeply with our commitment to improving knowledge, raising awareness, and taking concrete actions to promote and protect everyone’s mental health as a fundamental and universal human right.
It’s an important reminder that it’s okay not to be okay. We encourage our communities and each and every member of our Belgravia Leisure family to reach out, not just on World Mental Health Day but any day that you need it, because reaching out can make all the difference. If you’re feeling down, please reach out to someone you trust.
Free Mental Health E-Learning Program – MHeLP
Physical activity has a critical role in preventing the onset of mental health illness and its treatment. That’s why we developed our Free Mental Health E-Learning Program, MHeLP.
This program provides valuable resources and knowledge to help individuals and communities better understand and manage their mental well-being and support the mental health of others.
