What are some of your magic moments working with Belgravia Leisure?
“Getting nominated for Belgravia Leisure’s CLEAR Awards twice and being appointed as Area Manager for the Gympie Region.”
How have you been impacted by COVID-19 and what have you learnt?
“At the start of the COVID pandemic, I was left with no work due to the closure of our sites. As soon as conditions changed I was supported by Belgravia Leisure to secure work and ensure I didn’t run into the same situation again. When venues reopened under COVID restrictions there was a shortage of staff which is ongoing and makes communication with members a struggle to navigate. However, we have quickly learnt to adapt to new situations, to stay calm and support each other during difficult situations.”
What is your favourite thing about your career?
“I get to do what I am passionate about every day with enormous support from my line manager.”
Where do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years?
“I see myself continuing to work as Area Manager while managing more venues by further developing business in this area.”
What are you most passionate about in life and why?
“Coaching because I enjoy seeing others grow and learn while un-locking their true potential and learning because I’m always keen to learn new things.”
