Bella is among the brilliant minds behind Belgravia Leisure’s Microsoft support team. With almost a year of experience under her belt, Bella has quickly established herself as a valuable member of the team.
As a self-driven individual, Bella is constantly looking for ways to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. Bella began her career in business management and accounting but quickly realised that her true passion lies in information technology. Bella is a Microsoft stack enthusiast and says she is always eager to learn and develop her skills further.
Bella’s love for learning and personal development doesn’t stop at work. She is a devoted mother who strives to be a more present and aware parent every day, building a strong foundation for her children’s future and says, “I believe in setting an example for my kids by focusing on healthy living, making healthy choices, and being grateful for all the opportunities and struggles that help us learn and grow.”
Bella has had the opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as relaunching B-Connected and integrating it into Microsoft Teams. “I was a part of the 100 Days Campaign, witnessing firsthand the impact it has had on Belgravia Leisure venues was fantastic.”
Bella’s favourite thing about her career is the people she works with. Bella pictured front and centre, says, “I love the sense of community and inclusiveness at Belgravia Leisure and appreciate the opportunities I’ve had to learn and grow. There isn’t anything I don’t like about my career. I enjoy most aspects, especially when striving towards new goals.”
Looking ahead, Bella sees herself continuing to steer more projects, improving systems, and finding solutions that help the team work more efficiently. Outside of work, Bella has many passions that keep her motivated and energised. She is passionate about helping others and empowering them to achieve their goals.
“I’m really passionate about building strong relationships with family and friends, as they provide a sense of purpose and meaning to life. Kindness is another core value of mine. I believe in building people up and not tearing them down. We don’t know what someone has been through so always be the pillar of kindness and strength,” Bella concluded.
Bella’s positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond make her a truly engaging staff member and a joy to work with.
