Belgravia Leisure is continuing to strengthen and deepen our commitment to improving the health of our communities across our network through the exciting expansion of our Partners in Health (PIH) initiative. Recently the PIH Initiative and, in particular, our Exercise Physiology (EP) services have gone through an in-depth strategic and structural review. From this, several key recommendations were proposed to support the continued growth of our teams, services, and programs within the PIH initiative.
We are delighted to announce the expansion to the Belgravia Leisure Health and Wellbeing team, welcoming Kia Naylor as our Allied Health Manager. This role will play a vital and important part in supporting the strategy, growth and operations of our Allied Health services with a specific focus on Exercise Physiology.
Kia Naylor has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for over 17 years with experience in clinical, business and executive leadership roles within the health industry. After studying at the University of South Australia she commenced her career in Darwin with the inception of a private practice that grew to provide allied health services to over 35 remote NT communities. She has a background in sports and athlete development and clinical Exercise Physiology, more recently focusing on executive and leadership roles within the health sector.
Over the coming months, Kia, with the support of the Group’s Health and Wellbeing Team, will be working with all our venues to roll out our PIH key services and programs and support the growth of our Exercise Physiologists service.
Including:
- Enhancement of the current EP employment structure and opportunities for our team members
