The COVID-19 Contact Tracing Attendance QR Register is a Mandatory condition of entry for every venue across the Belgravia Group. ASTA alongside the Belgravia systems team helped to build the contact tracing register in order to ensure the data is safe, secure, and set up for every Belgravia venue.

• This Belgravia solution MUST be used at all AUS venues except NSW (NSW venues MUST use the NSW Govt App, see below guide) wherever we hold business including outdoor sessions.
• The NSW Government Solution MUST be used at all NSW venues as soon as possible.
• This solution is to be tested and set up by COB Friday October 30 ready for use from Saturday October 31.
• Every venue has a unique QR code that will automatically recognise where you are.
• Data is stored centrally, securely and will only be accessed if there is a confirmed case or at the request of health authorities.

Below guidelines by business unit;

Belgravia Leisure & BelgraviaPRO Venues

• VIC – ALL patrons (staff, customers, casuals, members, contractors) must QR code upon entry. This is in addition to also scanning in the CRM (Links/Clubware/AW) if a member.  Vic is on high alert and this will satisfy our requirements.
• TAS, SA & QLD – ALL non-members must QR code upon entry (staff, contractors, casuals).  Members can scan in only on CRM (Links, Clubware, AW).
• WA – No QR code, BAU
• NZ – No QR code, BAU

Belgravia Health & Fitness Venues

• VIC – All non-members must QR code in (staff, contractors, casuals). Members can scan in only on CRM (Links, Clubware, AW).
• SA & QLD – All non-members must QR code in (staff, contractors, casuals). Members can scan in only on CRM (Links, Clubware, AW).
• WA – No QR code, BAU

Belgravia Kids

• VIC – All non-members must QR code in (staff, contractors, casuals). Members can scan in only on CRM (Links, Clubware, AW).
• SA & QLD – All non-members must QR code in (staff, contractors, casuals). Members can scan in only on CRM (Links, Clubware, AW).
• WA – No QR code, BAU
• Exception:
  • If BK parents are dropping off their children and not coming in the venue, children do not have to ”check in” by QR but MUST be marked off in ActiveWorld.
  • If parent comes into the venue, they MUST QR code upon entry.

Please note for Victorian venues, we understand the Victorian Government are currently developing their own QR system, we will provide relevant communications when this occurs.
