Belgravia Leisure is proud to announce Aquarena Aquatic and Leisure Centre has been awarded the following accolades at this year’s Aquatics and Recreation Industry Victoria Awards 2020:
- Duty Manager Award (awarded to Jackson Tellus)
- Pool Lifeguard Award (awarded to David Morris)
- Health Club Award
Aquarena Centre Manager Aylie Spence attributes their success to the exceptional partnership and support provided by Manningham Council, “Council have been incredibly supportive of the programs and initiatives we have introduced to the community in the City of Manningham. We would not have been able to achieve such an incredible outcome if not for Council’s support, as well as the teamwork and dedicated displayed by the staff here at Aquarena.”
“We have seen year on year growth in membership at Aquarena and the positive impact that the facilities have had on the health and wellbeing of the local community. We’re looking forward to continued growth in the coming years and continuing to support the people of Manningham in rebuilding their health and fitness goals as we all come out of a long lockdown,” Ms Spence said.
