Some of our venues have had to regretfully close their doors due to government-mandated shutdowns across the entire leisure industry. As restrictions ease our venues are able to reopen to once again allow our members and guests to reach their health and wellbeing goals.

Please refer to your local venue website and local state government for the latest responses to the coronavirus pandemic. You can also check restrictions in all states and territories using the State and Territory Government information.

The health and safety of our communities, guests and employees is our top priority. We are working to ensure our venues remain safe places to visit and work as we uphold a high standard of hygiene within our venues.

We hope that you will do what you can to take care of yourself and those around you. We encourage our members and guests to use and support our venues with confidence.

Below you will find our COVID safety processes in your local venue, to ensure as a community we remain healthy and safe during this time.

PLEASE REMEMBER

If you feel unwell or show any symptoms of the flu, cough or cold, please get tested and do not visit your local venue until you’re feeling healthy and well again.

A COVID-19 vaccine is your best defence and our only way forward.

Our sanitisation stations can be found all around our venue. Please sanitise your hands as you enter and exit each area of our venue.

If you would like to train in our gym or group fitness classes you must bring your own towel (x2) to place on all equipment as you use it. Our employees will have to turn you away if you do not have a towel.

While using our facilities, visitors must wipe down all equipment with provided wipes before and after use to help protect our community.

We recommend you refill your own water bottle to support practising healthy hygiene and habits.

MENTAL HEALTH E-LEARNING PROGRAM - MHeLP

MHeLP is a cutting edge Mental Health eLearning Program developed under the guidance of international mental health and exercise experts.

At this time, we are providing members with FREE access to the Belgravia Foundation’s Mental Health eLearning Program (MHeLP).

MHeLP is an online resource that equips the learner to better understand their own and others mental health and improves their confidence to support someone living with a mental health condition.
