B-Informed Introduction from General Manager, Business Development, Damian Gorman Continued

While I am one of the longer-term Belgravia Leisure executive team members, there is no doubt that a lot of people reading this have not me before.

What excites me about Belgravia Leisure and my 10+ years, especially in my role nurturing the Business Development portfolio is that we continue to grow based on the reputation with our contract partners and this is something that all our staff contribute to.

We have, and continue to grow, at a rapid rate and whilst the ‘BD Machine’ keeps evolving and responding to new opportunities, it is everyone out in operations and working ‘in the business’ that should be very proud of the growth we have had. It’s because of all of your efforts, and the day to day commitment of connecting our communities to leisure, building our reputation with our partners, and keeping the community safe, that makes me truly proud of who we are today.

Today, my role is focussed on new business opportunities and helping Belgravia Leisure navigate towards the next frontier. We have a lot of options, with Government, Sport, Tourism and Health agencies talking to us more and more about how we, Belgravia Leisure, can partner in new ways to improve the wellbeing, connection, and health of our communities through our innovative management and leadership approach. I’m not sure what else we might be doing in another ten years’ time, but I do know that our greatest strength will always be our people.
