Bribie Island Aquatic and Leisure Centre was featured in a two-part documentary called Mirror, Mirror, that aired on Channel 10 on September 8th and 9th.

In April of this year, TV’s Todd Sampson and crew followed Bribie Island Aquatic Leisure Centre members Brett and Elissa around for a couple of days. Brett and Elissa are a husband and wife puppeteer business called Larrikin Puppets who perform puppet shows for children and families.

Todd Sampson filmed a segment at the Bribie Island Aquatic Leisure Centre earlier in the year. Aquatics Manager Michelle McKiernan says, “Todd was there for about an hour and a half, filming throughout an aquatic class. There were a couple of learn-to-swim parents who were quite star-struck,” she explained.
