Perth’s Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre has been acknowledged as the 2019 Council/Licensed Fitness Centre of the Year as part of the Australian Fitness Awards powered by Fitness Australia, the national peak industry association, at a gala event in Sydney.
Barrie Elvish CEO of Fitness Australia, the national peak industry association, explains that the Australian Fitness Awards provide a fantastic opportunity for businesses and individuals to be acknowledged for their contribution to the industry and the impact they have in their communities.
“Belmont Oasis is a perfect example of how physical activity can connect a community of people. They’ve illustrated the importance of all Australians being given equal opportunities,” says Barrie.
