Our recent Belgravia Leisure Census revealed that 11.2% of our Australian team members reported living with a disability, while in New Zealand, the figure was 13%.
Neurodiversity conditions, including ADHD and Autism, were the most prevalent types of disabilities, highlighting the diversity within our workforce.
These statistics emphasise the need for ongoing support to create an inclusive and accessible workplace for all.

Understanding Ableism through the ABC News Quiz
