Abha Rodrigues has been a team member with Belgravia since 2016.

Abha started with Belgravia Leisure as a customer service officer and was then promoted to customer service coordinator. Four years on and she is now the Assistant Venue Manager at Mt Albert Aquatic Centre in New Zealand.

Abha says, “some of my highlights of working with Belgravia Leisure have been building relationships with my team. Our team has created a strong, efficient and friendly working environment.”

Tell us about the people you work with

“I work with a culturally diverse group of people who bring a mix of exceptional skills right across the board, making every day a joy coming into work. My manager Irene is amazing, and my supportive team makes my job easy and fun,” Abha added.

What is your favourite thing about your career?

“I absolutely love meeting and helping people and that’s why I really enjoy working with my New Zealand team at Mt Albert Aquatic Centre,” Abha concluded.
