Did you know that Belgravia Group, founded by Geoff Lord, is more than just leisure? Belgravia Group is a family-owned business that offers health and fitness, tourism, property, finance and more across Australia and New Zealand. One of our leaders is Bek Pink, CEO of Belgravia Dance & Cheer.
As CEO, Bek combines her love for movement and her knack for business to bring dance and cheer to life for countless kids across Australia. Beyond her impressive title, Bek is an inspiring leader who is deeply committed to creating a positive, active and supportive environment for young people.
Bek’s journey into the dance world began when she was young, sparking a lifelong love for dance across a range of styles. At just 16, she started assisting in classes, which eventually blossomed into becoming her career. With a Diploma in Dance Teaching and Small Business Management and later a Bachelor of Business, Bek brings a well-rounded approach to Belgravia Dance & Cheer.
Bek’s background includes working with some of Australia’s leading dance institutions, like Mad Dance House in Brisbane and The Space Dance and Arts Centre in Melbourne, where she learned the power of combining technique with creativity and community.
Bek’s passion for movement also extends into yoga and pilates, two practices she’s trained in and taught for over five years alongside her sister. This background has infused her leadership style with a holistic, mindful approach.
The world of Belgravia Dance & Cheer

Belgravia Dance and Cheer is a unique part of Belgravia Group’s mission to get a million kids moving and is focused on delivering high-quality dance and cheerleading programs while also supporting business owners in the industry with resources and training.
Through Calibrate, Belgravia Dance studios and All Star Cheer Gyms, Bek and her team are shaping a world where children can learn, grow and thrive in safe, educational and fun spaces.
Bek’s team is also passionate about advocacy, working to uplift the dance and cheer industries in Australia. “We’re committed to making a real difference,” Bek shares, “for the kids, their families, and for the future of dance and cheer in Australia.”
Exciting future projects
The future is bright for Belgravia Dance & Cheer and Bek couldn’t be more excited.
“Soon, we will be expanding beyond Victoria, into New South Wales and South Australia, bringing empowering programs to more communities. This year, Calibrate made an appearance at the Victorian Dance Festival and Australian Dance Festival, where Calibrate General Manager Mike Harrison-Lamond delivered mentor sessions for Teachers and Studio Owners, sharing insights with industry peers.
“In addition to regional expansion, Belgravia Dance & Cheer has its sights set on the international stage. The Melbourne Cheer Academy’s Dragons team is preparing to compete at The Cheerleading Worlds in April 2025, an incredible opportunity for young athletes. In July 2025, students from Academy of Dance Malvern and Academy of Dance Epping will head to Disneyland LA to perform in the iconic Disney Parade. A dream come true for young dancers and a testament to the quality of our programs,” Bek said.
One of Bek’s biggest joys is seeing her team grow. She considers herself incredibly lucky to work with passionate, skilled people who are committed to uplifting dance and cheer for future generations.
“We’re just getting started and I’m excited to see how the future unfolds for Belgravia Dance & Cheer. With industry leaders like Mike and Nathaniel Harrison-Lamond in dance and Edward Miles and Danelle Cooney in Cheer, we have a dream team that brings innovation, experience and a whole lot of heart,” Bek concluded.
