The role of the Maintenance Officer is to perform all maintenance requirements and procedures to protect the assets, ensure maximum efficiency, maintain customer service levels and minimise disruptions to guests.
The hours of work would be 10pm - 8:30am per shift which may include some weekend works over the roster period.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance requirements in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Complete response maintenance requirements as required.
- Complete geothermal and pool processes each evening, ensuring timely opening of the pools each day.
- Complete cleaning duties as per the standard operating procedures, and assist with response cleaning and deep cleaning duties as and when required.

The Role
As a Gymnastic Coach, you will develop programs and instruct a variety of levels in gymnastic classes in a safe, positive and fun environment for participants. We are looking for a new coach for our Little Stars (1-5 year old) programs. Experience in coaching children, early childhood education or a gymnastics background is advantageous.
Training is provided, experience preferred. Must be available Monday - Saturday.

The Role
The Aquatic Operations Manager (AOM) will oversee all aspects of the centre's operations as well as lead and inspire both the Lifeguard, Duty Manager and the Operations team. The Aquatic Operations Managers key accountabilities include:
- Monitor, manage and improve Lifeguard supervision across the venue

- Ensure pool water quality continually complies with NSW Health Guidelines
- Ensure all equipment is in good condition including pool plant equipment
- Execution of Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- Assist the Centre Manager to investigate incidents
- Ensure the physical appearance of the site is faultless and ensure the site is maintained to the highest safety standards.
- Ensure all staff adhere to OHS processes and management systems provided by Belgravia Leisure and legislative regulatory requirements
- Maintain Lifeguard Mystery Shopper processes and reporting to ensure compliance with RLSSA GSPO standards at all times

About You
To be considered for this role you must have a 'can do' attitude, high energy and an exceptional work ethic. The AOM sets the tone of the whole facility, requiring a Manager who has proven team leadership skill and experience.
The ideal candidate will know how to build a team, and to create a team environment that will facilitate a great team performance. You have experience in leading teams to achieve collective and individual targets and have strong communication skills that build rapport and positive relationships. Ideally you will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar aquatics and operations leadership position and proven experience as a swim teacher, lifeguard, duty manager and leader of safety.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment and demonstrated ability to lead a team. The Role An exciting opportunity is available for an organised, motivated and driven Part-time Swim Squad Coach. As the Squad Coach, you will be responsible for developing junior and senior athletes within the current squads, whilst building squad numbers through out the year. The Squad Coach is required to maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Belgravia Leisure aquatic programs, educational trends and industry development. The position requires an energetic, motivated person who is professional and dedicated to aquatic education delivery.
The role is supported by the Swim School Coordinator and involves working together as part of a team. The preferred applicant will have be bright, cheerful and encouraging when instructing and dealing with class participants, complimented by experience in coaching and developing people, good interpersonal skills, and have the capacity to think and act for themselves.
You must be available and flexible enough to do early starts and late finishes. Some weekend work will be necessary as well as travel to carnivals.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a capacity to deliver the following essential skills:
- Effectively lead a team to develop the program and pathway to achieve the outcomes
- Ensure safe, efficient and cost effective operations of the squad program within company and legislative guidelines.
- Actively promote the squad program and participation in the affiliated Swimming Club.
- Ensure that you are adequately qualified for the program you are delivering and all squad activities are conducted in a safe manner in a safe environment, as per the company guidelines.
- Monitor Progression of swimmers through the squad program and work with the Swimming and Water Safety program to identify talented swimmers and encourage participation in the squad program.

This is a great opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Aquatic Operations Manager to join the team and lead our aquatics team at Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre!
The Role
The Aquatic Operations Manager (AOM) will oversee all aspects of the centre's operations as well as lead and inspire both the Lifeguard, Duty Manager and the Operations team. The AOM's role is a combination of day-to-day hands-on involvement in managing lifeguard supervision, compliance, health and safety and centre maintenance including reactive and preventative maintenance. You will identify opportunities (including new programs) to maximise participation and will develop and execute plans through engagement with the leadership team and key stakeholders.
With strong business acumen, experience as a leader in the Aquatics and Leisure Industry and experience in delivering exceptional customer service you will continue to drive the overall aquatics and operational experience of our guests.
This is a full time opportunity; the successful applicant will be available to work across a span of hours across the week, which may include weekend work.
The Aquatic Operations Managers key accountabilities include:
- Monitor, manage and improve Lifeguard supervision across the venue
- Review and improve supervision plans, operations manuals and ongoing in-service training schedules
- Ensure pool water quality continually complies with NSW Health Guidelines
- Ensure all equipment is in good condition including pool plant equipment
- Execution of Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- Assist the Centre Manager to investigate incidents
- Ensure the physical appearance of the site is faultless and ensure the site is maintained to the highest safety standards.
- Ensure all staff adhere to OHS processes and management systems provided by Belgravia Leisure and legislative regulatory requirements
- Maintain Lifeguard Mystery Shopper processes and reporting to ensure compliance with RLSSA GSPO standards at all times
- Manage budgets and prepare required reports

About You
To be considered for this role you must have a 'can do' attitude, high energy and an exceptional work ethic. The AOM sets the tone of the whole facility, requiring a Manager who has proven team leadership skill and experience.
The ideal candidate will know how to build a team, and to create a team environment that will facilitate a great team performance. You have experience in leading teams to achieve collective and individual targets and have strong communication skills that build rapport and positive relationships. Ideally you will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar aquatics and operations leadership position and proven experience as a swim teacher, lifeguard, duty manager and leader of safety.

We are seeking a casual Community Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator to work with our community. The role will oversee the day to day implementation of the Belgravia Leisure - 5 Year Access & Inclusion Plan within the area and will be responsible for the implementation of programs and initiatives to promote accessibility and participation amongst those that have been marginalised from such opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, the primary focus of the role will be to:
- Identify, engage and collaborate with a network of key community members and groups that can assist in the implementation of programs within that aquatic venues that will enhance social capital;
- Through a robust research process, identify local community needs that may be enhanced by programs delivered within the aquatic venue's disability, diversity and disadvantaged space;
- To collaborate with coordinators and other key stakeholder to develop programs that address the identified needs and emerging issues, and collect relevant information and data to evaluate and report the impact of community programs.
- Identify opportunities to ensure that established programs are, where possible, sustainable and self-sufficient.
- Develop highly professional reports on the actions and outcomes of the implemented program highlighting the benefit to the community

The Role

We support a patient centred outcome-based approach to clinical management and the successful applicant will assess and deliver customised exercise interventions to our members that will assist in the management of their injury or condition. Our AEP teams establish great local stakeholder relationships and referral pathways to support the progress and outcomes of our clients.
This role will begin as Part time hours with the ability to increase to full time hours.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provision of exercise intervention and education for those at risk of developing a chronic condition or injury.
- Provision of clinical exercise prescription, for those with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries.

Wulanda Recreation and Convention Centre is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose sport, aquatic and conference facility in Mount Gambier that is an all year round venue.

The Role

We have a strong established membership base and you will ideally work across a range of Chronic Disease, NDIS, injury and surgical rehabilitation and healthy population clientele.
We support a patient centred outcome-based approach to clinical management and the successful applicant will assess and deliver customised exercise interventions to our members that will assist in the management of their injury or condition. Our AEP teams establish great local stakeholder relationships and referral pathways to support the progress and outcomes of our clients.
This role will begin as Part time hours with the ability to increase to full time hours.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provision of exercise intervention and education for those at risk of developing a chronic condition or injury.

The Role
We are currently looking for a part time Training Administrator to assist in administering our Short courses for approximately 20 hours per week. This role has flexible work arrangements with work from home options included.
The primary task of the Training Administrator is to assist the Training team with timely and accurate administration of the Belgravia Academy short courses and qualifications. This involves maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the student journey administration, helping to ensure that the student enrolment process is seamless for a student, and that the student management system is updated in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the RTO Training Manager in a range of short course and qualification administration.
- Assist to maintain the student management system and enrolment processes, ensuring that each student is correctly enrolled into our student management system, has accompanying documentation and online learning portals ready.
- Contact students and clients (phone and email) as needed to ensure all administration activity is accurate and complete, and that students are on track for attending training. Troubleshoot as needed.

The Role
We are currently looking for a full time Training Co-ordinator to join our team in Bayswater, Melbourne. This role has flexible work arrangements with work from home options included.
Reporting directly to the National Training Manager, the primary task of the Training Co-ordinator is to co-ordinate all aspects of the training programs delivered by Belgravia Academy. This involves scheduling courses, trainers and equipment to ensure smooth delivery of programs. Maintaining a calendar of training and ensuring the resources (people and equipment) are available to support the programs in the calendar.
Second to this, the Training Co-ordinator also undertakes
administration and customer service to ensure that the student
administration cycle is seamless, and that the student management
system is updated in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Schedule short courses and qualifications across the Academy calendar both pro-actively and in response to demand. Work with clients, managers and National Training Manager to ensure this happens.
- Liaise with Trainers to ensure each course has appropriate trainers assigned and trainers have the resources they need to ensure a successful program.
- Ensure equipment is in place for each program, and report on any updates, alterations or new equipment that is required.
- Liaise with clients to ensure schedules are prioritised and training can take place.
- Track travel required to achieve schedule and raise travel requests when required.
- Have oversight of enrolment numbers on courses, and react in response to either cap student numbers, cancel programs, increase enrolment numbers, or create more programs.
- Undertake student administration and Team administration as needed, ensuring that the integrity of our Student Management System is maintained.
- Contact students and clients as needed to ensure all administration activity is accurate and complete, and that students are on track for attending training. Troubleshoot as needed.

We are seeking to appoint a brand-new position on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Area Manager and supported by the Financial Performance & Analytics Manager, the Finance Business Partner for the Mornington Peninsula area is the link between finance and operations, leading analysis, modelling, budgeting and process improvements for specific areas of the organisation, converting financial and operational data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Operations to prepare accurate cashflows, budgets and

The Learn To Swim Instructor provides swimming lessons to groups, schools, and individuals within swimming program guidelines in a safe, fun and educational environment in which students progressively learn to swim.

Key Accountabilities:
- Provision of exercise intervention and education for those at risk of developing a chronic condition or injury.
- Provision of clinical exercise prescription, for those with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Venue Manager for Yawa Aquatic Centre will be fully accountable for the Centre's operational, financial and program deliverables while delivering and driving exceptional customer service.
The Venue Manager will develop and execute plans through engagement
with the leadership team, key stakeholders and Mornington Peninsula
Council. With an experience in sales, financial and risk
management, the Venue Manager will continue to drive the overall
success of the centre.
