BelgraviaPRO’s Byron Parks including Suffolk Beachfront Holiday Park and First Sun Holiday Park has recently implemented a new system called ReviewPro which is designed for putting the guest at the centre of everything we do through listening to targeted guest feedback through public online reviews and targeted post-stay surveys.
ReviewPro is designed to help businesses in the tourism industry improve the experience through listening to their guests.
The software makes it easy to interface directly with guests, conduct satisfaction surveys, manage individual cases, and manage online reviews across cross Google, Trip Advisor, Booking.com and Facebook.
All feedback that is stored publicly across the web is imported into the ReviewPro dashboard giving park managers real-time insights to assist with making operational improvements and forming stronger connections with the guest.
The insights across all of our parks also assist with shaping our guest experience journey and the optimal guest journey taking into consideration pain points and gain points identified through online reviews and targeted post-stay surveys.
