The Belgravia Pro team is thrilled to welcome Darren Luscombe as the new Head of Leased Parks, starting Monday 2nd December, 2024. Darren will be reporting directly to Belgravia Leisure Chief Executive Officer Nick Cox and will be based out of Belgravia Leisure’s Bayswater office.

Darren will oversee Belgravia Pro’s commercially leased parks, providing strategy and operational expertise while working closely with Group Holiday Park Manager Mark Giles along with the Tourism Team.

Darren brings over 30 years of experience in contract management services and business development, with a sharp focus on brand expansion and holiday park operations over the past 12 years. His leadership journey includes impactful roles with industry leaders like BIG4, NRMA and Hampshire, where he’s been known for his integrity, inclusive management style and passion for delivering standout guest experiences.

Darren’s hands-on approach, combined with his knack for building strong relationships both inside and outside the organisation, is sure to make a positive impact on the BPRO team who are looking forward to seeing the growth and success he’ll bring to the parks network.
