Working closely with its 12 local government partners across South Australia, Belgravia Leisure is boosting its team amidst sustained growth, now encompassing 26 managed facilities in the state.
Announcing the promotion of its three senior leaders to Regional Managers and advertising 5 Centre Managers roles, State Manager Catherine Foreman said “this is a really exciting time for Amanda Carmichael, Carly Farrer and Craig Wilson who have played pivotal support roles for myself, our people and our partners.”
“With growth comes opportunity, and it’s pleasing to see our team’s development as well as the new opportunities that are created as we look to enable their leadership with additional support roles.”
As 2019 draws to an end, Belgravia Leisure has transitioned 11 facilities in the last 12 months and is preparing for a 2020 full of community connection, facility activation and delivering on its contracts. In addition to the new Regional roles, under Foreman’s leadership Belgravia Leisure has advertised new Centre Manager roles, pivotal in enabling the South Australian team.
Nick Cox, CEO of Belgravia Leisure spoke of the recent period in South Australia saying “it’s great to see the sustained growth matched with a focus of retaining our existing talent whilst also creating new opportunities.”
“We work in a fantastic industry and I look forward to seeing what the significant recruitment effort brings as we continue to embed our approach to working with government in South Australia. The efforts of everyone to date is a credit to Catherine and her team and I look forward to the exciting 2020 that looms”.
