As General Manager of Marketing and Strategy, I’m our Executive Leadership Team’s custodian of ‘Profile’. That’s our commitment to become an industry leader creating universal brand awareness of who we are, what we do, and why we do it.
I’ve been with Belgravia Leisure for over four years now and haven’t looked back since starting in 2015 as the NSW State Manager. It’s been a great period of growth and learning for me personally, with the friendships and experiences continuing to shape me as a leader.
While I loved the operational day to day of seeing people come through our doors, I always wanted to return to marketing and was fortunate enough to do so in early 2018.
Today, I get to work with a team who are deeply passionate about making it easy for communities to connect with leisure. Some of the team started as lifeguards or on the front desk, and others have their kids enrolled in our programs. All of them are proud to work for Belgravia Leisure which is a testament to the work of our people at our facilities.
Our people’s stories inspire us as a team daily. We have the lucky job of writing about and celebrating the impact of your efforts. For those of you who are new and reading this for the first time – welcome to a value-driven organisation that prides itself on the ‘Belgravia Difference’ is its people.
