As of March 2025, BelgraviaPRO have now successfully transitioned into both Normanville Jetty Holiday Park and Rapid Bay Campground in the beautiful District Council of Yankalilla, South Australia.
Throughout the process, the team continues to prioritise continuity of service, allowing visitors to both parks to enjoy a seamless experience with no changes to existing booking systems.
Known affectionately as Squid Bay, Rapid Bay offers an untouched coastal escape famous for its squid fishing, especially during peak seasons when the jetty buzzes with eager anglers. Often ranked among Australia’s top 10 beach campgrounds, Rapid Bay requires campers to be self-contained, preserving its pristine environment. With its close proximity to Cape Jervis and ferries to Kangaroo Island, Rapid Bay Campground is set for an even brighter future, with an RMS booking system and designated sites soon to be introduced by the BelgraviaPRO team.
Meanwhile, Normanville Jetty Holiday Park continues its legacy as a favourite coastal getaway, with generations of families returning year after year. Park Manager Lisa Antrobus is thrilled with how smoothly the transition has unfolded, particularly with the entire team that wished to continue—including housekeeping, reception, and grounds staff—remaining onboard.

“I love working in such a beautiful spot. It really feels like a true escape from the daily grind, yet it’s only 75kms from Adelaide,” Lisa said. “Being right by the sea makes it ideal for camping, caravanning or staying in one of our beautiful new cabins. Normanville has everything you need—shopping, hotels, restaurants—and we’re just 35 minutes from Victor Harbor and McLaren Vale’s incredible wineries.
“Throughout the transition, and even now, keeping customer service as our top priority has been a point of real pride,” Lisa added.
Belgravia Leisure CEO Nick Cox shared his excitement about the new partnership.
“We’re proud to partner with The District Council of Yankalilla in managing both of these wonderful parks on the Fleurieu Peninsula. These parks aim to provide a welcoming place for travellers of all ages and backgrounds, offering a range of activities from outdoor adventures to relaxation, where guests can socialise, unwind and explore the surrounding natural attractions.
“This partnership aligns with our commitment to supporting local economies by employing local staff, engaging regional suppliers and investing in community resources,” added Mr Cox.
Mayor Darryl Houston expressed his enthusiasm in reaching this milestone, stating, “…We are confident that visitors and the broader community will benefit from the parks being managed by such a professional operator with extensive and highly relevant experience”.
As a recognised leader in park management, BelgraviaPRO brings extensive experience, skills and knowledge to the role. With a portfolio of over 42 parks across Australia and New Zealand, BelgraviaPRO is well-positioned to elevate the standard of service and visitor experience at both locations.
We wish both parks a successful year ahead!
