On the 3rd and 4th of February 2025, the Strategic Leadership Circle (SLC) convened at the Novotel Melbourne Airport for a pivotal meeting focused on strategic alignment and prioritisation of key projects.
Attendees included key leaders such as Adam Hawken, Catherine Foreman, Chris Worsnop, Crystal Stephens, Damian Gorman, Darren Luscombe, Grant Connors, Kris Miller, Mark Maybury, Matt Green and Tim Hutchison.
Day one was dedicated to setting the stage and providing strategic context. Nick Cox, our CEO, shared his vision and facilitated discussions on market positioning and competitive advantage.
The day also included sessions on strategy theory and a review of the long list of strategic priorities generated from the Executive Advisory Group Workshop in December 2024.
Day two focused on refining and prioritising our strategic priorities. The sessions included developing initial business cases and finalising key strategic projects for the Executive Leadership Team to review during their meeting on the 20th & 21st February 2025.
This meeting was a significant step towards aligning our strategic goals and setting the foundation for future growth. We look forward to the continued collaboration and implementation of these strategic priorities.
The Executive Leadership Team look forward to launching our strategic plan during our Senior Leadership Forum on 6th March with our 70 top leaders in attendance.
