Belgravia Group’s Sports Community recently celebrated its 10th Birthday and ten years of helping sporting organisations across Australia. For over a decade, Sports Community has excelled at finding solutions to develop and grow the knowledge of grassroots sports clubs, and the people who work and volunteer in the sports industry.
Catering to over 10,000 clubs across the country, Sports Community provides resources and ongoing guidance to the industry. From webinars and podcasts to a range of high-profile consulting projects, Sports Community continues to evolve and offer modern solutions to contemporary problems experienced within the sports and recreation environment.
Steven Pallas, CEO of Sports Community, said, “It has been a wonderful experience working with clubs and volunteers for the last decade. The effects of COVID sports restrictions and shutdowns have devastated the volunteer ranks so we are ready to help and support the next generation of Australian volunteers.”
As part of their continued devotion to grassroots sport, Sports Community joined this year’s National Sports and Physical Activity Convention, to further highlight the club and volunteer solutions available to support Australian clubs now and into the future.

The conference is an amazing opportunity to connect with old and new friends while learning from the incredible speakers and industry leaders,” Mr Pallas concluded.
The expertise gained over the ten-year period has proven to be exponentially beneficial in navigating the current, and unpredictable sports landscape. Today, Australian sporting organisations are currently seeing the most inexperienced group of volunteers in history as we slowly emerge from the effects of the pandemic.
