As you drift in the mineral-rich waters of the Sanctuary and Bathhouse bathing areas free of any distraction, guided meditation sessions will be offered in the tranquil Salt Pool at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm.

Upon arrival, you’ll also be welcomed with a comforting Herbal Tea to begin your journey of relaxation, and floatation noodles will be provided to enhance your personal meditation.
