Meet Chuang Fong Kong, the Digital Marketing Assistant at Belgravia Leisure’s Victoria Contact Centre. Chuang has been a part of the Belgravia Leisure family for over three years, and her contributions have been nothing short of remarkable.
Chuang’s journey with Belgravia Leisure started as a swim teacher at Aquarena before moving into an administrative role at Aquarena’s Swim School. With a keen interest in marketing, Chuang completed a Digital Marketing course in 2022, which led to an internship with Belgravia Leisure’s Contact Centre. After successfully completing the internship, Chuang was offered her current role as a Digital Marketing Assistant.
Chuang’s wealth of experience in different roles within Belgravia Leisure has enriched her overall experience, making her a valuable asset to the team. Chuang’s dedication to providing exceptional customer service is second to none, with excellent problem-solving skills ensuring that guests’ issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Chuang said, “I enjoy every aspect of working in different roles at Belgravia Leisure. I like the flexible working arrangements and the support of my various managers and teammates. All my roles, especially my current role, provide new learning opportunities and enrich my experience.”
Chuang’s passion for digital marketing is evident in her work, and her enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field is commendable. Chuang continually seeks ways to improve her skills and contribute more to the team. Chuang’s expertise in data analytics is an added bonus to the team, as she helps the team to make data-driven decisions in their marketing strategies.
Outside of work, Chuang says, “I enjoy keeping fit and staying active. I love swimming, walking, yoga, and pilates, which helps me to enjoy visiting different places around the world.” Chuang’s love for travel and cruising has taken her to different parts of the world, and she hopes to continue exploring different cultures and experiencing new things.
