BelgraviaPRO has grown tremendously in the last two years. This month we get to meet the team and find out more about what’s happened in the last year and future plans for the business in the years to come.

How many sites does BelgraviaPRO manage?

It has been two years since BelgraviaPRO’s inception and it is a leading tourist and holiday park management company within the wider Caravan Industry of Australia. We manage and operate a broad range of tourism and accommodation sites in our portfolio. These include large multi-site facilities including some world high end resorts to smaller and often remote campgrounds in iconic locations throughout Australia.

We currently operate 18 sites throughout Australia (with one being in NZ) with a number of Shire Councils allowing us the honour of operating these properties.

What was the growth of BelgraviaPRO in 2019?

The first two years of operation have seen consolidation of our properties under management and isolating the best facilities to stay involved with. We have had significant success recently with being awarded the management of the four Fraser Coast Council’s four beachfront properties in Hervey Bay and Burrum Heads along with one of the City of Gold Coast properties late last year. Also, we were proud to be awarded the two Byron Shire Council properties for management also late last year

What plans are in place for 2020 and beyond for BelgraviaPRO?

Our aim for the coming years is to increase our current crop of holiday parks and campgrounds throughout Australia and to become the leading management company within Australia. We will aim to become the company of choice for Councils and other operators to allow us to manage their facilities with the confidence to be the first choice.

As well as being a Holiday Park Management company we are also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that has the ability to deliver nationally recognised qualifications throughout Australia. Attending one of our Park Management Training Courses gives people a great understanding of the park industry and a great understanding of what it is like to work in some of the most beautiful and iconic locations throughout the country.

We soon hope to be able to offer training in First Aid and CPR as we realise this will be a huge boost for existing staff within the wider Belgravia Leisure community.

What were the most recent wins for BelgraviaPRO?

Our most notable success have come with being awarded the two parks at Byron Bay along with Ocean Beach Tourist Park at Miami on the Gold Coast. These parks came on board late last year and the locations of these properties is second to none. All 3 are absolute beachfront properties in two of Australia’s best (if not the world’s best) locations of the Gold Coast and Byron Bay. All three parks are different in what they offer and facilities on site but they are absolutely in outstanding locations.
