Environmental sustainability is not only important to us here at Belgravia Leisure but it’s also important to our people, the communities we serve and Belgravia’s business partners.
Belgravia Leisure has proudly partnered with Expr3ss! our Predictive Hiring AI Recruitment partner for over five years. Expr3ss! is committed to going beyond carbon neutral to make a positive impact on sustainability in meaningful ways.
Expr3ss! partners with One Tree Planted, a contributor to Greening Australia, and have pledged to plant a tree every day in the name of one of job applicants, another one in Belgravia Leisure’s name and one for Mother Nature, too, because she can use the help!
On May 12, Expr3ss! presented our Group Manager of People & Culture, Mark Maybury, with a tree planted and certificate. Mark says “Having HR partners who give back to the community aligns with our values and our mission to bring leisure to life for our communities, it helps strengthen the work we do in promoting sustainability.”
Alexia Morgan, Group Manager Business Improvement says, “It’s important to us at Belgravia Leisure that we build relationships with organisations that are also environmentally responsible. Environmental sustainability is not only good for the environment, but it’s also good for business! We are proud to partner with Expr3ss! and are honoured to have a tree planted on our behalf as a part of this initiative with One Tree Planted.”
Andrea Yanez, Customer Recruitment Support Consultant for Expr3ss! says, “This is a cause that we at Expr3ss! hold very dear to our hearts. Whilst the Australian Bushfires of 2019/20 may seem like so long ago given the year that ensued, the severe environmental impact of over 45 million acres burned will take years, and many dedicated individuals, organisations, and ecology specialists to restore.
“As such, we take great delight in partnering and presenting Belgravia with a certificate for a tree planted in the name of Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd.
“We plan to extend our donation to plant thousands of trees throughout the great Australian outdoors in the names of significant Expr3ss! users,” Andrea concluded.
