We are excited to announce that BelgraviaPRO has transitioned to Ocean Beach Tourist Park in Queensland. Darren Beck, BelgraviaPRO – Operational (Parks) & RTO Support had this to say about the transition.

“Right from the initial inspections of the Gold Coast Holiday parks, being involved with a new look tendering process and administrative structure that the City of Gold Coast Council is incorporating into the contractual management of their parks has been an extremely positive experience.  What a great idea from a forward-thinking council.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, commitment and ultimate delivery of the new management structure presented by Heather and her staff. The entire tendering process was a pleasure to be involved with, including working alongside the enthusiastic council team.

The welcome function and two-day workshop held prior to handover of the parks was informative and friendly and enabled all individual park contractors to meet prior to taking over their respective properties. The workshop on the delivery of customer service and park operational details was informative and supportive for all administration staff. We would like to thank the City of Gold Coast Council for providing this new format in structuring the management of their seven Gold Coast parks.

We are incredibly excited about the future relationship with our contract partner – the City of Gold Coast Council and also with the other park operators. We are looking forward to providing a first-class experience for our park guests and visitors at Ocean Beach Tourist Park.
