Belgravia Leisure’s Queensland and Northern Territory leaders recently concluded our Get Connected Conference, and what a success it was! Held against the stunning backdrop of Clear Mountain Lodge, this year’s conference brought together over 100 delegates, creating an atmosphere charged with inspiration and innovation.

The conference featured a lineup of speakers who shared valuable insights and experiences. Among them was the esteemed Guest Speaker, Duncan Armstrong OAM OLY, whose motivational address resonated with attendees, setting the tone for an eventful gathering. Our CEO Nick Cox, People & Culture Manager Mark Maybury and State Manager Dan Cullen also took the stage to share their visions and plans for the organisation’s future.

The engaging discussions, informative presentations and interactive sessions left attendees invigorated and ready to implement new strategies in their roles and to take back to their teams. The conference provided a unique platform for networking and collaboration.

One of the highlights of the event was the annual CLEAR Awards ceremony, where outstanding contributions from some of our star performers over the past 12 months were recognised and celebrated. The awards acknowledge the dedication and hard work of our exceptional team members who embody Belgravia Leisure’s CLEAR values, Customer Focused, Leadership, Excellence, Accountability and Results. Congratulations to all QLD/NT nominees and our CLEAR award winners below!
