Demetria Konstantilakis from Melbourne’s Ascot Vale Leisure Centre was awarded Membership Consultant of the Year by Aquatics and Recreation Victoria.

Demetria averaged about 70 sales per month over a 10-month period, and booked 90 per cent of her sales into the Face2Face program during this time. To support Ascot Vale’s sales efforts, Demetria actively engages the centre in community outreach programs, has developed a local social media plan and trains the sales team alongside the centre’s Assistant Manager.
