Mount Barker District Councils’ Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre and Mount Barker Mountain Pool have a new manager, Belgravia Leisure.

Mayor Ann Ferguson said “Belgravia Leisure will now manage the next phase in managing the Recreation Centre and Mountain Pool on Council’s behalf and help us continue to achieve improved community wellbeing into the future.”

Belgravia Leisure CEO, Nick Cox, is looking forward to working with Council to continue providing important sport and recreation services to the community.

“Belgravia Leisure is excited to be partnering with Mount Barker District Council for a seamless transition for customers, staff and the community,” he said.

The Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre provides a range of community, recreation and sporting activities and programs to the residents of the district and surrounding regions. These include basketball, health club, group fitness, gymnastics etc.

The Mount Barker Mountain Pool is an open air pool and operates during the summer months.

Belgravia Leisure will transition in to Mount Barker Mountain Pool on 20 October and Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre on 1 December.
