This is a quick reminder for our team members that the Belgravia Leisure Census survey is open until 11.59 pm on Monday, October 30, 2023. If you missed the initial email on October 3, a reminder with the survey link was sent this week.

So far, an impressive 83% of respondents support making the Census an annual tradition, reflecting your commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Team members have shared with us data that is very important and will guide us as we strive to support our teams and the communities in which we work. 

We have gathered for the first time ‘hard’ data about the proportion of our team members managing their mental health, with 30% having considered or seen a medical or allied health professional about a mental health concern in the past 12 months. Data like this is invaluable and gives us evidence upon which to continue our efforts to support the mental health of our teams.
