Point Walter Golf Course (PWGC) has proudly been running introductory golf clinics tailored for golfers of all abilities. Led by Marc Barnsby-Buie, an enthusiastic employee aspiring to become a PGA professional, these clinics aim to make golf accessible to everyone in the community.
Marc, whose passion for golf is matched only by his commitment to inclusivity, joined PWGC with a desire to share his expertise and create new opportunities for aspiring golfers.
Inspired by his grandfather, a regular player at PWGC, Marc has taken on the role of mentoring and coaching participants of all skill levels, ensuring that no one misses out.
“I enjoy what I’m doing because it allows me to share my passion and open doors for others who might not have had these opportunities before,” said Marc.
Under the leadership of Tim Wood, Venue Manager at PWGC, the course is committed to broadening its services for golfers of all abilities. “We’re enthusiastic about Marc’s contributions and eager to establish Point Walter as a central hub for these inclusive programs”.
Belgravia Leisure strives to connect ALL in the community to leisure. Our team members, like Marc, are integral to this purpose, supporting initiatives that cater to people with disabilities, those from diverse backgrounds and individuals experiencing disadvantage.
