Recently Belgravia Leisure has embarked on a child-safe continuous improvement review, questioning the status quo and testing our policies and processes to ensure the effectiveness of our approaches. This process included the completion of the Venue Specific Child Safety Risk Assessments, developing systems and child safety-specific resources and training, and, most excitingly, recruiting a Child Safety Coordinator.

The Child Safety Coordinator role is an exciting new full-time position that will sit within the safety team. The Child Safety Coordinator ensures high compliance with child safety principles and maintains Belgravia Group’s child-safe policies and resources.
With a focus on embedding a child-safe culture throughout the organisation, this role is pivotal to supporting the business to ensure a safe environment for all children and promoting child safety awareness and management within the industry.
