  • Nick has over 25 years’ experience in the aquatic and recreation industries. During his time at Belgravia Leisure, Nick has focused on increasing access to our services, engaging the community and delivering innovative programming, all within a strong financial framework. Prior to this role, Nick was Chief Operating Officer of YMCA Australia and General Manager with Maroondah City Council, one of Melbourne’s most vibrant growth areas. Nick is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Director of Physical Activity Australia and Chair of the AUSTSWIM licensing committee.
  • Anthony has worked in senior management roles at Belgravia Leisure for more than a decade and is currently responsible for optimising the operational performance of all our centres across Australia. Anthony has led our team of regional managers to maximise financial performance, increase visitation and grow profits at each site, and manage stakeholder relations with all levels of Local and State Governments. His 20+ years in the leisure and recreation industry include former management roles at YMCA and Leisure Australia and extensive experience in outdoor adventure, alpine park management, tourism and hospitality.
  • Penny has led teams in the leisure and entertainment sector from the Arts to Aquariums before beginning with Belgravia Leisure three years ago. Her focus has been working on Belgravia’s digital transformation, ensuring alignment across the marketing, digital and contact centre capabilities to improve customer experience at all touch-points – all while telling the story of Belgrvia’s impressive commitment to community. 
  • Scott McDonald has over 20 years in experience in leisure, fitness, sales and tourism starting with Belgravia Leisure in a facility management role in 2009. With the diversification of Belgravia Leisure's estate into tourism, Scott spent a number of years in alpine resort management, particularly focussed on governance, risk and compliance. More recent experience in driving growth has seen Scott continue to develop the Belgravia Leisure value proposition to ensure it perpetually remains aligned with both private and public sector clients needs whilst delivering commercial outcomes. In being charged with the responsibility of achieving Belgravia Leisure’s growth aspirations, Scott sees the enormous opportunity that is created through collaboration between Government and the private sector to solve contemporary challenges that unlock value for all stakeholders.
  • Matt Green is a highly experienced executive with over 20 years in senior leadership roles across corporate, consulting, and government sectors. With a foundation in turnaround consulting, Matt has successfully led strategy, operations, finance, and support services across a diverse range of industries including sport, not-for-profit, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, construction, financial services, and local government. As a Chartered Accountant, Matt brings a strong commercial lens to organisational performance and transformation. He is known for building high-performing teams and guiding organisations through complex change and growth phases. In his current role at Belgravia Leisure, Matt oversees critical support functions including Finance, People & Culture, Safety, Systems, and Infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across the enterprise.
  • Cherie Mills is the National Operations Assistant at Belgravia Leisure, bringing over 13 years of experience in operational support and community engagement across Australia & New Zealand. Known for her vibrant energy and commitment to excellence, Cherie plays a key role in coordinating national initiatives and supporting venue operations. She is a passionate advocate for inclusive leisure experiences, her enthusiasm and leadership help celebrate the organisation’s achievements in innovation and community impact which includes her hosting our annual Belgravia Leisure Awards. Cherie’s background in sport & leisure further enriches her dynamic approach to operational excellence.
  • Crystal Stephens is the Executive Assistant at Belgravia Leisure, where she has been a cornerstone of strategic and operational coordination for over 21 years. Working closely with the CEO, COO, CSSO, CMO, and Business Development teams, Crystal plays a pivotal role in driving organisational alignment and executive engagement. She oversees key initiatives including Manager briefings, board reporting, executive meetings, and the Strategic Leadership Circle, while also managing content and communications across BConnected. With deep industry insight and a passion for leisure in Australia & New Zealand as well as her local community, Crystal is known for her warm professionalism, strategic foresight, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
