Cérge, in partnership with Belgravia Leisure, has reached a significant milestone, with the tech’s accessibility tools now viewed four million times across almost 100 Belgravia Leisure venues.
The growth is also clear at a venue level. The top five Cérge enabled sites, including Keilor East Leisure Centre, WaterMarc, Stromlo Leisure Centre, Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre, have collectively recorded more than 1.3 million engagements. This shows just how many people rely on clear, inclusive information when planning a visit.
These tools, which support people with disabilities to ‘know before they go’, are now fully embedded within the new Belgravia Leisure website platform. This means visitors can access 360-degree virtual tours, sensory guides, audio guides and communication boards directly on each venue site, without ever leaving the page.
This simple shift has created a smoother, kinder and more inclusive digital experience. Previously, people were redirected to an external site to find accessibility details, which could add confusion or cause them to give up on their visit altogether.
Today, all information sits in one clear, easy to find location under the Accessibility tab, giving people confidence and control as they plan their visit to any of the 97 Belgravia Leisure venues already live with Cérge, with three more currently underway.

Belgravia Leisure Disability & Diversity Manager and Belgravia Foundation CEO, Dr Jeff Walkley said, “This inclusive communication technology gives our communities choice and control in how they engage with our venues. It creates confidence, reduces uncertainty, and leads to increased and sustained participation.
“The information Cérge provides has become an asset that supports our AI systems and improves the accuracy of the responses people receive, helping them find what they need quickly and reliably. It also strengthens accessibility and SEO, which makes our information easier to locate online and ensures no one misses out when planning their visit.”
Co-founder of Cérge Chris Kerrisk, added, “Integrating Cérge directly into Belgravia Leisure’s website platform means people can find everything they need in one simple place. It is a powerful step forward in digital inclusion and reflects our shared commitment to creating welcoming and equitable experiences across every venue.”
Behind the technology sits something bigger.
Every view represents a person seeking reassurance, clarity, or support. It may be a parent wanting to understand the sensory environment before bringing their child. It may be someone using a wheelchair who needs to know if a venue layout suits their needs. It may be a person living with anxiety who feels more comfortable when they can familiarise themselves with a space ahead of time.

Together, Belgravia Leisure and Cérge have created a communications asset that removes barriers, builds trust and supports people with disability to explore leisure, recreation and wellness experiences with confidence.
The goal is to implement Cérge across all year-round operated venues, with plans to extend installation to seasonal sites as well. The partnership continues to grow in reach and impact across Australia and New Zealand.
