Hepburn Wellness Group, Belgravia Leisure’s specialist spa and wellness management division, offers award-winning spa and wellness management services, feasibility studies, spa design, operational design and consultancy, and is dedicated to providing authentic, world class luxury wellness experiences.

Hepburn Wellness Group manages existing spa and wellness properties, and co-develops new projects in partnership with client partners, and has a portfolio of innovative offerings such as thermal and mineral springs and spa, Thalasso bathing, and destination wellness retreats including boutique accommodation properties.

  • Onsen Retreat and White Spa Mountain Retreat in Victoria’s alpine country

Karen Golden has over 20 years of experience in the spa, wellness and leisure industry, and has led the continued growth of the iconic Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa since December 2013.

Karen has been invited to Global Spa and Wellness Summits where spa and wellness leaders from around the world explore the future of the spa and wellness industry.

Karen played a key role in initiating Australasia’s participation in Global Wellness Day, and has been appointed Australian Ambassador since starting in Australia in 2015.

Karen is a current and active Board member of the Australasian Spa and Wellness Association.
