Geoff Lord, Chairman and CEO of the Belgravia Group has been recognised with Beyond Activ’s Lifetime Achievement Award at a Melbourne awards gala held on the 2nd of December at the Crown Conference Centre.
The industry event recognised the achievements of an individual who has served the region’s health, fitness and wellness community, often over several decades, and helped the region become a happier and healthier one.
This award follows Lord being honoured with the Chair’s Award at the 2024 AUSactive Award Gala held in Sydney.
Upon accepting the award, Geoff said:
“This award belongs to everyone at Belgravia Group, and I’m proud to accept it on behalf of all our teams across the network. There’s still a lot to do. Prizes are usually given out at the finish line, and since we’re only halfway through the race, this feels a little early.”
Geoff continued, “We are now setting our sights even higher, with plans to get not one, but two million kids moving, with a focus on dance, cheer and outdoor education.
“Our group is just ramping up, and I can’t wait to see the impact we will make moving forward.”
