Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa
Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa is a luxurious cultural wellness spa located in Rotorua, Aotearoa. Wai Ariki was built on the legacy of Ngāti Whakaue culture, healing practices and manaakitanga – the centuries-old and internationally-renowned Ngāti Whakaue concept of welcoming manuhiri (visitors).
Set on the foreshore of Lake Rotorua, the spa features two architecturally striking and culturally authentic experiences, Wai Whakaora and the exclusive Āhuru Mōwai, both grounded in te ao Māori values and traditions.

Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa
Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa continues to lead wellness tourism in Victoria’s spa country. With a history dating back to 1895, the bathhouse and spa – renowned for its mineral-rich waters – underwent a $1.7 million redevelopment in 2025, including a collaboration with Ch 9’s The Block.
Guests can now enjoy all that the property has to offer including eight new private bathing rooms with personalised audio and lighting control, Sanctuary and Bathhouse Mineral bathing, hot and cold therapy, a new sauna, as well as an all-new spa treatment menu.
A brand-new Apothecary experience also awaits where guests blend their own custom body scrub or bath soak with natural ingredients, as well as a choice of 23 luxe villas with gourmet hampers delivered to guest’s doors, an all-new locally inspired menu at the historic Pavilion café as well as gorgeous bushwalks surrounding the property.

Kaipātiki Hot Springs
Belgravia Leisure is proud to manage Kaipātiki Hot Springs, a natural wonder located in the heart of the Parakai township, approximately 45km northwest of Auckland.
Kaipātiki provides access to geothermal springs in the Parakai settlement, known to local Ngāti Whātua ki Kaipara as Te Awa Kahawai. The waters at Kaipātiki Hot Springs are naturally heated from the earth’s core and are rich in minerals that create relaxing, spa-like experiences for all guests and whānau (families).
Water play experiences for tamariki (children) are abundant with indoor and outdoor pools and two thrilling hydro-slides, as well as private spas, an adult-only pool and a heated open-air pool with a beach-style area. Picnic spaces, marquee hire, BBQs and a welcoming café also make Kaipātiki Hot Springs the ideal summer destination for all.
