On Monday 15 December, Belgravia Leisure commenced as the operating partner of Club Jubilee One in Jubilee Estate Wyndham Vale on behalf of Lotus Living.
The modern, high-quality aquatic venue is Australia’s first private, indoor water park open exclusively to Jubilee Estate residents. It boasts amenities and services to cater to its diverse community, including two water slides, a large leisure pool, a 25-metre lap pool, toddler pool, water play space and gymnasium.
Belgravia Leisure CEO Nick Cox said a focus on inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging and well-being will ensure this venue will thrive as a community hub.

This multi-purpose venue is designed to be a community space, with activities welcoming all ages and abilities, including children, families, youth, community groups, recreational and organised sports and those with special needs.”

Stephane Tabardin, Venue Manager at Club Jubilee One, said that Belgravia Leisure is committed to supporting the local community. “This means hiring a local team, fostering a supportive workplace, engaging local suppliers and keeping Jubilee Estate healthy through investing in resources from the area.”
With Belgravia Leisure on board, Club Jubilee One will offer expanded services: more fitness classes, aqua aerobics, children’s birthday parties and fresh calendar events that will welcome residents in the Jubilee estate.
The transition will also bring the national GOswim Swimming and Water Safety program to Club Jubilee One. Powered by Swimming Australia, GOswim is an Australia-wide program that engages students in fun, activity-based lessons. The program is run in small, graded classes with fully trained swimming teachers, to equip new swimmers with an essential skill for life.
The partnership between Lotus Living and Belgravia Leisure will benefit residents of the Jubilee Estate by placing the focus on a community that moves more, together.
The venue will recruit enthusiastic Swim Teachers and Lifeguards to join its vibrant Aquatics team, offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the community with ongoing training and professional development.
