After 15 years of navigating the corporate world, Rob decided it was time for a change and took an exciting leap into health and wellness that led him straight to Aqua Aerobics. Now, he’s making waves in the pool, inspiring everyone around him with his infectious energy and love for fitness.

“I was in IT, but I never looked back once I moved into group exercise,” Rob said. Whether it’s through upbeat classes or personal connections, Rob is truly making a splash in his community.

Rob’s dedication to improving people’s health and wellbeing is evident in his personal achievements as well. He started his journey by losing 52 kilos through daily BODYPUMP classes, an experience that profoundly impacted his teaching approach. It was an easy transition to begin teaching as a BODYPUMP instructor.
