Who we partner with
Local Government Authorities (LGAs)
We partner with over 100 Local Government Authorities to deliver accessible, high quality leisure and wellbeing services that align with local priorities and community outcomes. Our approach is collaborative, transparent and long term, built on strong governance, operational expertise and a deep understanding of public assets. By working closely with Councils, we help increase participation, optimise asset performance and support broader health, social and economic outcomes for the communities they serve.

Private enterprise
We work with private enterprise partners to deliver innovative, sustainable and commercially sound leisure and wellbeing experiences. These partnerships are built on shared values, clear objectives and a focus on long term success. By combining our operational capability with our partners’ commercial insight, investment and vision, we help enhance asset performance, grow participation and deliver experiences that create value for customers, owners and the wider community.
Our partnership with St Kilda Football Club, for whom we manage the Danny Frawley Centre in Melbourne, is an example of our approach to working with private enterprise partners.
Peak bodies and industry organisations
We partner with peak bodies and industry organisations such as Swimming Australia, Royal Life Saving Societies of Australia and New Zealand, AUSTSWIM and ACSTA to ensure our programs, services and operations reflect best practice and contemporary standards. These relationships support quality, safety, workforce development and innovation across the leisure and wellbeing sector.
By contributing to shared learning, research and advocacy, we help strengthen the industry while ensuring our venues and programs remain compliant, evidence based and responsive to the evolving needs of our communities.

Community groups
Our goal is to support stronger, healthier communities through trusted local relationships, and community groups play a vital role in shaping inclusive and meaningful leisure experiences.
We work closely with local organisations, schools, health services and not for profits to co design programs that respond to genuine community need. Just one example of hundreds is our partnership with Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council to deliver Liverpool’s First Nations Learn to Swim program. These partnerships help remove barriers to participation, increase access for underrepresented groups and create safe, welcoming environments where people feel connected.
