A new digital home for Belgravia Leisure

Belgravia Leisure has officially launched its new Australian website, marking a significant milestone in the company’s digital evolution and creating a stronger platform to showcase the people, venues and programs that help bring leisure to life.
With the sister Belgravia Leisure New Zealand website set to launch in early 2027, the new website features enhanced functionality, imagery, video content and storytelling that provides a richer, more engaging experience.
The site has also been designed to ensure the content has been optimised for large language models, helping Belgravia Leisure’s expertise, services and community impact be more easily discoverable and accurately represented through AI-powered search.
Designed with users in mind, the new site also better reflects Belgravia Leisure’s scale, diversity and expertise by making it considerably easier to learn about the company’s services, sectors, programs on offer and community impact.
A dedicated Partners section has also been introduced to showcase the organisation’s collaborative approach to managing community leisure venues. This gives councils, governments and contract partners deeper insight into Belgravia’s industry expertise, proven delivery model and partnership philosophy, while highlighting the positive outcomes and lasting value created for communities.
For the first time, users can also learn more about B Well, Belgravia Leisure’s population health and wellbeing initiative, which aims to better understand and measure the impact leisure and aquatic venues have on community wellbeing.
The website also gives greater visibility to Belgravia Leisure’s range of sectors, including the recent launch of Belgravia Golf Management (BGM) which now sits alongside aquatics, health and wellbeing, spa and wellness, sport & stadiums, and tourism & holiday parks.
With a dedicated ANZ careers website scheduled for launch in 2027, the launch marks the first step in a broader digital transformation that will continue to strengthen how Belgravia Leisure connects with potential employees, partners and communities.
Felix Tang, Head of Digital at Belgravia Leisure, led the project, which has been 12 months in the making.
“Our previous site had become difficult to navigate and no longer reflected our evolving brand and business,” Felix said.
“With improved functionality, the new website is faster, easier to navigate and designed around the needs of our audiences. Users can find information more quickly and gain a much clearer understanding of our services, venues and community impact.
“Importantly, we’ve also built the site with emerging AI search technologies in mind. As more people turn to tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot to find information, we want Belgravia Leisure’s expertise, services and impact to be easily discoverable and accurately represented.”
Nick Cox, Belgravia Leisure CEO said the new website represented an important step forward for the organisation.
“Our new website is more than a digital refresh. It better reflects who we are today as an organisation, the communities we serve and our commitment to bringing leisure to life.
“A huge thank you to everyone who played a role in bringing this project to life. The result is a website that better showcases our people, our venues and the positive impact we create every day while providing a strong foundation for how we connect, communicate and share our impact into the future.”
Penny Evans, Chief Marketing Officer at Belgravia Leisure, said the organisation had long deserved a digital presence that reflected its standing within the industry.
“I’m so pleased that the new website brings our ‘We Bring Leisure to Life’ promise to the forefront, creating a stronger connection between who we are, what we do and the impact we have in the communities we serve.
“With the combination of heighted visibility in AI search, improved functionality, a stronger platform to tell the stories behind our people, venues and programs and compelling visual content, we know that this website will do a much better job at bringing our work to life in a more engaging and accessible way.”
Additional content focused on safety, sustainability and Belgravia Leisure’s sectors will continue to be introduced over the coming months, ensuring the platform remains a dynamic reflection of the organisation and the communities it serves.
