Swell Cafes are growing quickly in our centres across Australia, providing a range of healthy eating alternatives for the millions of visitors to our centres throughout the year.
Our cafes and events aim to deliver supplementary revenue for partners, offset with low operating costs and the power of leveraging national suppliers for group buying.

Our approach to hospitality and event space is to partner with big brands to deliver exceptional consumer experiences in our centres; whether that’s through merchandising with Zoogs and Coaching Zone or through our commitment to sustainability and recycling.
By 2025 every Swell Café in the Belgravia Leisure Group will be using products which are 100% recycled, recyclable or reusable, and our commitment can already be demonstrated in our plans to convert to paper or biodegradable straws in 2019, 100% recyclable water bottles, use of carbon negative plantations and plans to conduct downstream waste management trials.
Complementary to our retail offerings are dozens of event and conference spaces available through the Hepburn Wellness Group to provide memorable venues for important gatherings.
