The Sands Torquay Health Club
Perched on the northern headland of Torquay nestled against the dunes and at the start of the world famous Great Ocean Road, The Sands has opened up its resort facilities to the local Torquay community and surrounding areas.
Live the resort lifestyle all year round with access to premium health and wellness facilities including the indoor heated lap pool, fully equipped Health Club, Group Fitness and Wellness Classes and Tennis Courts.
Our Health Club facilities will be open to the public from Monday 2nd May with access to our fully equipped gym and group fitness classes. Our pool is currently open for hotel guests and our GOswim lessons. Enrolment for GOswim lessons is now open.
