Brooke joined the Belgravia Leisure family in 2010 as a lifeguard in her hometown Mildura, Victoria. After graduating from Deakin University and enjoying some experience in the marketing field, she found herself back at Belgravia Leisure eight years later.
Brooke explained that “since starting at Belgravia Leisure, I’ve been offered a multitude of growth and development opportunities. Soon after starting, I was travelling interstate and internationally to train our frontline teams on the operations of our website content management system.”
“I’ve been fortunate enough to experience a lot at Belgravia Leisure including what it’s like working as a front line staff member, group fitness instructor, speaking at our National Conference and hosting monthly live streams with our CEO of Belgravia Leisure, Nick Cox.”

“I was also a participant in our Belgravia Leadership College (BLC) all while working alongside a supportive team who continues to challenge and encourage each other to step outside our comfort zones for continued growth and development.”

“It’s important to love what you do and I’m extremely lucky to be supported by an incredible team.

“We’re passionate about our communities and teams who work hard to connect those communities to sport, leisure, recreation and fitness, regardless of physical, financial, cognitive or cultural disadvantages” Brooke concluded.
