Belgravia Leisure is excited to announce the appointment of Sarah-Jane ‘SJ’ Tilbury as General Manager of Wellness, effective December 16th. Based at the iconic Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa, SJ will oversee the operations and strategic direction of our growing wellness portfolio.

In this key leadership role, SJ will focus on crafting and implementing a forward-thinking strategy to enhance Belgravia Leisure’s wellness offerings. She will ensure the seamless management of daily operations while developing innovative wellness programs that inspire healthy and active lifestyles. A vital aspect of her role will involve driving new business acquisitions and exploring opportunities for growth in the wellness sector. Additionally, SJ will lead and support her teams by fostering a positive and empowering environment, helping them to grow and thrive. Her responsibilities also include strengthening the financial performance of the wellness portfolio, ensuring sustainable success for the future.

SJ brings a wealth of experience from the travel and tourism industry, having held senior management positions at esteemed organisations such as Sovereign Hill Museums Association, Sealink, and Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium. Known for her purpose-driven leadership, she is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for customers and supporting her teams through hands-on guidance and collaboration.
