GENERAL MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

A fantastic opportunity to join Belgravia Leisure. We are seeking a strategic General Manager of Business Development to continue to grow our successes in local government partnerships while leading us into new and diverse opportunities.

Why join Belgravia Leisure?

As a member of Australia’s largest commercial operator of aquatic and leisure facilities, our employees have access to an extensive range of career options, opportunities for career progression at any of our centres, family-friendly workplaces and the chance to make a difference in their community.

Our programs are designed to encourage everyone to come and have a try. We help people overcome their barriers to participation.

We work with community groups and advocates of some of the most vulnerable members of our communities to help build confidence and independence so everyone has a chance to be actively involved in life.

Some of our programs include:

  • water safety classes for refugee groups and new migrants
  • aquatic and fitness programs targeting specific health problems in Indigenous communities
  • swimming lessons for adults and seniors who have never had the chance to learn to swim
  • youth clubs and activities to help combat disengagement among young people
  • regional programs to tackle depression and suicide among high risk groups
  • employment programs for the long-term unemployed
  • modified classes for those living with a disability
  • physiotherapist-led activities for rehabilitation.
